MY PAYOUTS WILL NOT DEPOSIT AND OVER $3800 IS LISTING AS PENDING FOR WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSES FROM SHOPIFY ON WHY THIS IS HAPPENING......I have had a shopify store for nearly 2 years. For the past 2 years, all of my payments have been deposited into my payout account, which is my shopify balance card, on the same day or the following day. However on August 2nd (today is the 20th) my payouts began listing as PENDING and not transferring over to my payout account. I have spoke to shopify support on 12 different occassions, and each time I get the same response- "we cannot see any issues with your payouts that would be causing this, there is no hold on your account, the internal team will reach out to you via email and we have escalated this matter." However, NO ONE is reaching out to me. Not only has this taken HOURS of my time dealing with shopify support. This is causing extreme stress due to the cash flow issue that my business is having due to this problem. There is over $3800 of payouts that are currently pending and I have fulfilled all of these orders, but I still need to pay for my rent, payroll etc. Not to mention, shopify just charged me for another month of my website, although I had to create an entire new website to accept payments until this is resolved. I have spent thousands of dollars building this website and years to build my business and I really hate to have to start all over. This is a huge issue for my company however it seems like NO ONE from Shopify's internal team is actually taking a look at this problem because it has been weeks and no one has contacted me... I have searched the forums and I noticed that this has been an issue with ALOT of other people as well in the last 2 years. One woman said her payments were listing as pending because she had turned off her 2 factor authentication and then once she turned it back on, her payments began to process again. I tried that, but it did not have the same result for me. I have only received ONE payout since this all began, and that payout was a payment made through shop pay installments by my customer. I am not sure why this is happening and I am hoping that SOMEONE on here can give me advice on how to get this situation resolved. Thank you.
