What should i do if my account is under review and my payouts are on hold!

Will it get solved by itself or do i need to do something myself?

Hi. @qKBOOM 

If your payouts are on hold you will have a red banner advising your account is under review, payouts are on a temporary hold, and how to proceed with the next steps.

When a payout hold is placed, a curated banner will populate in your admin. This curated Payouts on Hold banner will give you a brief description and how to proceed with the next steps. These banners will be selected based on the review type that the Shopify Payments account is undergoing.

Do you currently have a red banner in your admin indicating your payouts are on hold, or an email from our team requesting additional information for you?

Thank you for responding to problem and I am happy to let you now that the
banner isn't there anymore and I should be fine now.
I'm still doing a lot of mistakes as I just started my first shop and I'm
still learning, sorry for the inconvenience!

I have this same RED banner telling me that my payouts are on hold and that I will get an email with further instructions but I have not received any emails. I have used 2 different emails and still nothing. Please help so I can get my payouts! Thank you!

Our support can certainly help you determine why your payouts are on hold and help you with the next steps! 

To contact our support directly please follow these steps: 

  • Log into our Help Center
  • Enter your question in the search bar
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Continue' under 'Get Support' 
  • Select your preferred support option (live chat, email, web callback, Twitter)

hello, my payout account is in hold, not sure why
