Paypal express checkout doesn't work

Hello,

I'm using Paypal Express Checkout for my website, It's activated and Connected with my Paypal Business account.

I've tried to test my payment method with sandbox. I give all the infos, I log in, I pay with my bank card, It told me that the payment was declined. I can't any issue anywhere.

I need serious help asap
