PayPal express checkout doesn't work

Hello shopify community!

I have an issue with PayPal express checkout button, it doesn't work and shows this message. All other express checkouts like google pay, amazon pay, etc works just fine except for this one. Any ideas how to fix this?

I understand you're seeing a Checkout unavailable error when clicking the PayPal Express Checkout button. 

To troubleshoot, could you check for the following:

• Check if your Phone number is in the correct format. (Check the area code and the . in the phone number is in the correct spot)
• Ensure PayPal's terms and conditions have been accepted.
• Check if your PayPal account has been set up completely with no error messages.
