Hi, I am due to go live with my store, however I have two outstanding issues that need fixing before I do. I have made previous posts for these, but have not yet received a solution. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
1. The Paypal icon is missing from my cart page on both mobile & web view, screenshots below;
2. I have added a video to my product description & noticed it shows as a blank screen with a play button until you press play on it. Is there a way to have this video auto play & show automatically once viewing this page? note: its working on web view, however I desperately need this working on mobile view;

Did you check your paypal is correct in your Shopify admin > Settings > Payments?

hi @Dan-From-Ryviu, thanks for your response! yep, I have set it up & its showing as active in my payment settings, however it still doesn't show in the cart.. it was showing up until a few days ago the button seems to have just disappeared?
Please try to disconnect and reconnect Paypal with your store to check if it can solve the issue.

hi @Dan-From-Ryviu, I have done this as well as clearing my cache & still no luck.. everything is fine in my PayPal settings & showing as active. is there anything else I can try?
@paigekiaraaa Have you found a solution to this by any chance? I'm experiencing the same issue in my cart where the PayPal button has disappeared!
@avaskye hey! yes, it was due to one of the apps I had active on my site. once I played around with turning the apps on & off to figure out which one was causing it, the problem was fixed. hope this helps 🙂
@paigekiaraaa Oh wow, I can't believe an app is causing that problem! Would you be able to let me know which app or what kind of app you had that was causing this problem? I have so many! I will definitely try testing which one is causing this issue :'(
@avaskye , from memory I think it was the "EcomSend" app, one of the discount pop up ones! hopefully this narrows it down for you, its the biggest pain!
@paigekiaraaa Omg yes! I actually just went through all my apps and found out that it was EcomSend as well. I'm contacting them right now to see if there's a solution! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
@avaskye , you're welcome! btw, I contacted them weeks ago to try have it fixed & they never did anything, I recommend using a different pop up app - heaps of other free ones out there 🙂 good luck! ❤️
