Hi, i just recieved my first ever order on shopify, I have set up a paypal account and recieved my money but paypal has locked them, and it says that they have to review information about me and my store, is it normal? Will i get my money back? And next time can i get my money directly to my bank acoount instead of paypal?

Hi BryzTrak, Generally paypal hold money when suddenly your paypal account get money from different sources or get money after long time duration. it is normal, you have to just verify yourself & submit related documents. once they verified then they release your money to your bank account. i hope this will help you. feel free to ask more if there is any other query.

Login your paypal account or check your mail id that registered with paypal account, you must be received a mail regarding it. process from there. if not received connect with paypal support team.
