Paypal are asking for proof of PCI compliance in the form of a certificate. The reason I went with Shopify was for PCI compliance, any ideas where to get said certificate?

PCI compliance is required for your shopping cart / processor / gateway. These are the companies who actually store and process the credit card transactions, and potentially allow re-billing. Check out: http://www.shopify.com/pci-compliant and see the links to the mastercard and visa websites that allow searches to validate the PCI compliance. For example, on the VISA site do a search for shopify and then you can choose download type PDF and you'll have a certificate generated by VISA. Please up vote the answer if you find this helpful.

The posted link no longer does any good.  There are no links at

to get to the Visa and Mastercard websites and obtain the Shopify PCI cerhttp://www.shopify.com/pci-compliant

Hi JMRStore04!

Sorry about that! We will get some links to our compliance documents up on that page!

In the meantime, this is the spot to get Shopify's Attestation of Compliance (AOC) as a service provider.

https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/account-security/compliance-docs

This AOC attests to the PCI DSS compliance of Shopify's services that can affect the security of credit cardholder data.

Shawn.
