Pending Order Not Showing A Payout Date

I make an order in store order on August 27,2024 and havent shown a payout date yet.

But i made 2 in store transactions a few days later but they show a payout date of September 4 2024.

Im told different stories from a few different Shopify Advisors.

Shoify Rep Answers:

1. Stated in would be here in 1 to 3 days

2. Another Advisor said it would be 7 to 14 days

3. Another said it comes on the same day of Sep. 4th 2024, He stated he can see it on the backend.

But why i dont see the order coming on the 4th?

Which lies is it Shopify? Just be Honest.

Should the FTC come after you guys for been financially dishonest to your customers?
