Pick up only location products not syncing with vend

Hi,

I created a second location exclusive to pick up only products as I want my customers to pick up fragile products instore.

However I have noticed the stock levels of the products in the 'pick up location' are now not updating with my instore point of sale vend. 

Is there a way to fix this?
