Pick up - out of stock if default (warehouse) location is 0

Hello,

im was wondering if its possible to make product or variant out of stock (not purshable online) if tha default location (warehouse) is 0 but i cant still have inventory in another locations where i sell with shopify pos.

For example if i have a product that i dont have in my warehouse for shipping but i have it in my retail store (where i use shopify pos) they product must be out of stock in my website so they cant add it ot the cart but still can be pursheable in my retail store physically with pos.
