Pixel could not be triggered on test event tool or found on pixel helper.

Hi, I set up a Facebook sales channel on Shopify. Created pixel and connected it to the BM.
It could be seen on Facebook was received events from Shopify. According to both Facebook and Shopify support agents, my pixel was implemented correctly.

But the problem is I could not trigger anything in test events tool, and the Meta pixel helper also shows "no pixel found" on my site.

Pixel of id "3220248474944194" is already implemented on your site. It looks like you are viewing meta helper without accepting the cookie concent.

Thanks for the help! I'm not familiar with the cookie settings because I didn't set up this store. Is there a way to skip this part? Usually, I see the pixel fire before I agree to cookies.(On other stores) How can I do that here?
