Hello. Since I updated to the latest Dawn version my purchases not tracking correctly. I had 18 orders from my ad since June 6th and nothing has been tracked since.  The dawn theme update probably has removed some coding and now things are not getting tracked.  I noticed that purchases before June 6th (when tracking worked) show the 'Purchase' event triggering with all parameters like 'value' and 'currency' included. However, after June 6th (when tracking stopped and i updated to newest Dawn theme), the 'Purchase' event still triggers, but there are absolutely no parameters detected.  Please help!  And I used to get sales consistently, now its 0.

Shopify is transitioning to Checkout Extensiblity where the events you added on Additional Scripts section doesn't work properly. You would need to change the event's object from orders to checkout.order. 
When you updated the Dawn theme, most likely you are now on Checkout Extensiblity and the tracking doesn't work. Try to change all your checkout events from order to checkout object and it should start tracking that again.

So I checked,I'm not on the Shopify Plus plan, so I  don't have access to Checkout Extensibility, even if I have the newest Dawn theme. So if Checkout Extensibility is not the issue, then how do i fix this?

Checkout Extensibility is rolled out regardless of what Shopify Plan you are on (Basic or Plus). If you go to Settings -> Checkout and see that a checkout theme have been created that means, you are now on Checkout Extensibility. That also means now that whatever code you added on Additional Scripts would not work properly as the objects for those events have been changed. 
This doesn't necessarily mean this is what caused it but most likely is the case.
