PLEASE HELP! AI BOT is not connecting me to Support!

Hi, 

my main account has 2fa and when i got my new phone i just never thought about the authenticator app, and now when i sign in using our main account that is registered to the website it asked for the 2FA code which i don't have and i downloaded all the authenticator app, but never get pinged for a code!!
