My store floristjin.co.nz is live, but I cannot access the admin page at all.
I've tried everything — password reset, Help Center, but keep getting stuck in chatbot loops.
Please help me urgently. I am the owner and need admin access.

If you still fail to access your Shopify store with all the information and all the methods on your end, it is better for you to report this situation to Shopify Support Team or write an email by sending to support@shopify.com for further support.
You can also check if you have the authentication code existing, and sometimes it can be used to log in after forgetting the password.
I did 100 times , just AI reply..
I can feel how frustrated you are after trying so many times. Have you contacted Shopify via email meanwhile in this period? You can push them and let them give you the feedback, a kind reminder here.
Hope this issue can be resolved efficiently when Shopify team participate in.
