Point for every £1 the customers spend on website

Hi,

We are planning to offer point for every £1 the customer spends on the website (£1 = 1point) and when it reaches 100 point it will turn to £1.  When it is £5, we will offer a voucher of £5.

Customer should be able to view their points online.

Could you please tell us how we can do this?
