I am 9 days into trying to sort out an issue with my Shopify Payments account. We are trying to launch a second store and while uploading documentation for the same LLC and bank that I use for my primary store, the page kept asking me to re-upload documents, so I did. Now I have been locked out of updating the information and even though I was able to find my case number, I haven't received so much as an email confirming the existence of this issue. Nor any updates other than "It's being worked on by our backend."

 

The Chat Advisors have been utterly useless in helping me and refuse to provide any contact info for someone who can.

 

I'm curious if someone else has dealt with this and can tell me what I need to do, or has any insight.
