pop theme code - how to display discount % price on products

Hi, can I have please have the code to enable my products to display the discount % and new reduced price on every product in my store. 

I know i can just edit the compare and normal price, but I've created a store wide sale and want the new reduced price to display on all products, not just at the checkout.
