POS Customer Display customization

Shopify recently added an option to be able to upload a GIF to the POS Lock Screen. Would it be possible to add a GIF/video upload option to the Customer POS display?

As of now, Shopify’s POS system does not support uploading GIFs or videos to the Customer POS display, only static images are allowed. While the lock screen update introduced GIF support, this feature hasn’t been extended to the customer-facing screen yet. It would be best to submit this as a feature request through Shopify Support to show demand for it.
