POS gift receipt editing/removal of items list

Hi there,

I am looking for a POS gift receipt editing, which is typically not allowing through the POS setting editing on Shopify dashboard.

I want to remove the items list showing on my Gift receipt, Is there any way to do that?

I also have a 3rd party app Order Printer which gives me to edit receipt template and I can remove items list from that, but I don't know how to use that template on POS device?

Is anyone have solution or ever done this type of issue?

Hi @ravichoudharysb ,

There's no way for us to change the design of the POS receipt.

However, I did manage to use a Order Printer Pro App to create a POS receipt template, and then attach it into a link to the POS receipt email.

That means during the POS Checkout, we will email the customer the receipt via Email, and then the customer can access their POS specific receipt from the link in the email. 

Hope this workaround works for you too.
