In short, the Shopify Merchant Trust Team closed my account and has been vague ever since, on the 19th of December my account got closed and payouts were suspended.
I have tried to request data such as customer emails to inform the customers which I don't have the emails of to prevent further police reports and messages from lawyers but nothing has happened since.
My ticket is open since that day and no response from the "Shopify Merchant Trust Team" at all, it's absolutely insane that I have to wait over a month, even for a simple thing like customer emails..
I have already received a letter from a lawyer and some police reports because customers think they have been scammed, I have explained how important it is to get clear information about what's happening now since Shopify shut my store down without thinking of the open orders (€3.2K In Revenue) that has yet to be paid out.
I'm ready to go to a lawyer but I'm here to see what anyone else thinks.
Shopify Live Support hasn't helped either other then telling me that they're working "really hard on it"

In the past, setting up an on-line store took and still takes time, but not as long as before, Shopify. People had to do all of their own studying and or research. For most people, it didn't happen at all once and for the rest, it didn't happen over night, except for a very few, but it is still possible to make a living.
They did offer to set up another store, but I have a niche and I want full ownership. I have some coding background, so I did it myself, on Shopify.
