Pre-checkout delivery date & time checker

Hi,

I'm building a catering website. I would like to have a pop-up delivery day and time checker so that when a customer clicks on the 'order catering' button, a pop-up appears to check that delivery is definitely available on the day and time that they require. I have looked at several apps but they are all designed for checkout, not as a pop-up before a customer chooses their items.
