Predictive Search with multiple words using OR operator

Hii,

I have diseases and symptoms in my data. Now I want that if I search for "malaria cough" then the result that appears is an OR of the search results of malaria and search results of cold. How can I achieve this? Currently I get results for malaria and the results for cough but when I type them together there are zero search results.
