Prestige theme radio button or drop down in cart page

Hello

I use the prestige theme and on the checkout page the shipping option collapses instead of showing the full options for customers to pick. Most customers want to pick the second option but are just presented with the first and don't know to click the collapsing button.  How can i remove the collapsing option and just have the radio buttons show instead?

@Aprils Try by going into your online store customizer and edit checkout and see If it's possible to not be collapsed
