All things Shopify and commerce
We are a B2B website and only customer accounts that we set up are able to purchase on our website. Because we manage our customer data in a separate CRM system, we do not want to give our customers the ability to change their shipping and billing information in Shopify, as all changes need to flow through our internal system. If they make changes in Shopify, they will not actually be reflected on their order.
Is there a way to prevent customers from making these changes?
Anyone? Same problem here.
