All things Shopify and commerce
Hello!
I've created a store that works fine. All of the sudden I got a sale, but not for the price I set. I updated the price, checked that it had changed and it had. A few hours later I got another sale but still for a price below my rate and on the website it had changed again. I dont know what to do, do I have too keep updating the price all the time??
Please help, as Im getting sales but for minimal profit.
Hello, @adam20033. Congratulations on your first sales!
You should not have to keep updating your prices, so I'd like to find out what's causing them to change unexpectedly and determine what we can do to resolve the issue.
Are your products imported from an app? If so, there might be settings within the app regarding how product pricing is handled. Let me know the name of the app if this is applicable to your store and I'll take a look to see what information I can find.
If there's no app involved in importing products, I wonder if this has something to do with your store's currency settings. If you sell and get paid in different currencies, this may be what's causing the pricing to appear different than expected.
