Prices not auto updating with Alibaba dropshipping

Hi there,

I am fairly new to Shopify and recently setup my store. I have not gone live yet.

I am using Alibaba dropshipping integration for my products but noticed the prices don't update on my site when it changes on Alibaba side. I have no static price entries and all based on pricing rules' settings. Everything is set to auto update but its just not doing that.

Is this a known issue? Please can someone guide me on this.
