In my store earphoneguy.com I have my products priced as such:
Compare-At - MSRP
Price - The price I am selling it for
Sale Price using Bold Discounts app - When I run a promotion.
Is this the correct process for pricing? I am receiving a Mismatched Product Price error and I am trying to find the cause.
Is my pricing structure correct?
Thank you for the reply! I use an app called Bold Discounts. When I use this app, a portion of my products start generating errors in Google Merchant Center. Stating a Mis-Matched Price. It says I am using the Content API Data feed. Which I have no idea what that is or where it is coming from. But some of the products data (pricing) is correct, some are wrong. Some are not showing the sale price. It's really hit or miss. If I run a promotion and use the built-in Shopify Discount with a code, and no errors. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. I am in way above my head. I am just not sure what to do.
Hey @EarphoneGuy,
This is common issue with the Google Merchant. Could you please share your store URL and collab code in the p/ so that I can fix it for you.
Thanks
Hello, absolutely. The Shopify URL is earphone-guy-llc.myshopify.com. What do you mean by p/? I have the collab code, but not sure where I should share it?
only time I see prices like that is on wholesaler sites and I am logged in as a wholesale customer. never seen it on retail.
We are a distributer. Meaning if the manufacturer has an MSRP of $100, we sell it for $90, and occasionally it goes on sale for say $80. That's when the three prices would be in play.
gotcha. if you are the manufacturer and the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price is $100 and you are selling under $100 (without being on sale) then the MSRP is complete BS. don't you think?
