Printful Inventory sync

I've been using Printful for a while and inventory has always automatically updated. I got on yesterday and noticed my products were messed up. A bunch had been archived, and all of them had track quantity turned off. I turned it back on but even after 24 hours there has been no update so all my products are showing OOS. How can I fix it to allow Printful to update inventory again? I changed my passwords in case because I have no clue what would cause products to archive themselves and for the track inventory settings to change. Can anyone help?
