As @SwiftfromOC has suggested in their reply, exporting products via CSV and viewing them within a spreadsheet program is a great way to review and manage product data in bulk. These files can then be printed if you'd rather review the data in-hand rather than on a computer.
You could also use the product bulk editor within the Shopify admin to look at the data for multiple products at once. This can be done by heading to the Products section of the Shopify admin and selecting the products you want to view the data for:
Once selected, you'll be able to select the "Bulk edit" option further down the page. This will open the bulk editor. From here, you can select which columns you want to add:
This will allow you to manage which products you are viewing and which pieces of data too. You can of course edit any typos or inaccuracies you come across while doing this.
