Problème de paiement client

Depuis 3 jours 80% de mes clients ne peuvent pas finaliser leur commande et reçoivent le message d'erreur suivant :
 

Le support Shopify me balade dans tous les sens en me disant que tout va bien alors qu'énormément de client se plaignent de ce bug. 


HELP ME SVP, c'est un gros manque à gagner pour moi et je perd sans doute définitivement des clients....
