Problem in ssetting my new domain

Hello I'm facing a trouble while connecting my new domain. I've just bought a new domain and I'm getting the following message on my store when I try to connect it:

 

 

These domains couldn't be connected because the stores are frozen. Contact support for further assistance.

In order for us to assist further with the domain that is attached to a frozen store - we will need to verify you as the store owner. hey this is happening to me too, but i can't login to my frozen store. how i can connect my domain to my new store while it's still connected to my frozen store? i've been reseting all the DNS setting on the provider but the problem is still and it's been two weeks
