problem regarding payment adn test purchase

hi i have a problem. i have connectd my account  wtih stripe and i ve had this on for a long time. today i ve accidentely deleted them as providers but again restored them. When i tried to make a test purchase only just message popped up that my payment method couldnt be processed even though i have enough funds and i even contaced stripe support and they told me that my account is just active and fine but still this message pops up and they told me to contact shopify... could you please help me?? my url is pawitopia.com
