Problem to connecting to a external domain

Hello!

I want to connect an external domain to my Shopify page. I check this tutorial: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains 

The problem is that my domain was register with another Shopify Store. And I have this message: 

This domain is currently managed by a different shop.
You may contact support to transfer the domain to this shop, and initiate the transfer afterwards.

But there is not online support from Shopify... how can I contact support to do this?

Can you help me please?

Thanks for reaching out about this. As it says on that page:

 In the interest of improving the user experience for merchants using our platform, we updated the Store Admin to include the "Domains" section in Settings. So simply navigate to Settings > Domains in your store admin and then follow the instructions as outlined in that guide.
