I shipped about 40 orders without an issue but it picked out 4 and posted this error. I don't know if there is some new address verification but its a major problem!! These are regular customers from Puerto Rico - their addresses are often not able to be verified. I need to get their shipment to them and it wont let me make a label!
Anyone know what the issue is???? I've NEVER seen this before today and can't seem to talk to an actual HUMAN in the support area.

Happy to look into this for you. Do you mind sharing that screenshot of the error message that's showing up in your Shopify admin? From there we can isolate some potential causes.
