Problem with Ella 6.5 Main Menu not clickable

Hello, I just installed Ella 6.5 Theme a few days ago, but I am facing a problem where the left main menu and search icon are not clickable escort after almost a min and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. It seems that the store is stuck loading some code. This happen on IOS only and surprisingly when only on Wifi, when on 4G it works fine and quickly.

That's interesting. Have you made any changes to the header code recently?

Nothing at all, I even revered back to the basic clean version and removed all the blocks of the them and kept only the header with the menu and still faced the same issue.

did you try from your side? If not can you try the website from both wifi and 4G on an iPhone.

The only issue I see on iPhone, is that when the page loads, your menu icons have to be clicked twice for them to work. I was able to get them working within 5-6 seconds of the page loading.

Where did you get this theme? Which theme is it? This might be an issue with the code.

It seems that the issue is with the CDN, most likely is being blocked my internet service provider (Orange Triple Play), I tried it at different locations with the same provider, always the same issue, with other hosts there is no issue.

Do you know how to fix this issue?

I found out that the problem is coming from iphone settings.
When Hide IP address is enabled on iPhone, the menu is not clickable, when I disable this open then everything works fine.
