All things Shopify and commerce
I have more then 1800 visits on my store but just one single sale, obviously there is a problem somewhere.
Please, can someone take a look at the shop and point out the mistakes.
Thanks
Hi 24PetSupllies,
You must check if those 1,800 visits stayed on the site for more than 2 seconds.
You might have paid for some ad scheme sending over traffic, but it is irrelevant.
Hi, Yeah these kind of problems may be because of your payment gateway or shipping methods and btw did any of them move to checkout if not then there might be a problem in your ads too.
Hi @24PetSupllies,
I'm from Mageplaza, a Shopify solution expert.
I would be glad to review your website and provide feedback on improving its performance. Below are some suggestions to improve your websites:
1. Enhancing the Landing Page
Your website isn't turning visitors into customers as effectively as it should, despite your advertising efforts. Without reviewing your ads, I can't give specific feedback on your landing page, but here are a few tips inspired by Databox. You can find more details in their article.
A high click-through rate (CTR) but a low conversion rate often signals an issue with the landing page, frequently due to weak or unclear calls-to-action (CTAs). Consider adding a more direct CTA like "Buy Now" or "Learn More," which could be a clickable image or a simple button with a brief text description.
2. Manage Cart Abandonment Rate
Additionally, a high cart abandonment rate can significantly affect your conversion rates, as it indicates that many potential customers are not completing their purchases. To combat this, a multi-faceted approach can be highly effective:
Addressing cart abandonment from multiple angles not only boosts conversions but also enhances the overall shopping experience, driving long-term customer loyalty.
For more detailed guidance, you can refer to Shopify’s Help Center, which offers a wealth of resources on cart abandonment and customer retention strategies.
3. SHOP THE LATEST
You should add ATC or AT wishlist buttons to make it easy for customers to add items to their cart or wish list directly from product lists to streamline the purchasing process and improve conversion rates. Also, make pricing and promotional labels more noticeable to attract attention. Here is a reference:
I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback. Good luck!

Heddy from Gameball: Loyalty Program & VIP here!
I took a look at your site, and there are a few areas you could improve. First, the homepage could benefit from a more engaging layout to grab attention immediately—highlight your best-sellers or popular items upfront. Also, your product descriptions feel a bit basic; adding more details about the benefits and features could help. Consider improving trust signals with customer reviews or testimonials. Offering incentives, like loyalty rewards through Gameball, could also encourage customers to return or make that first purchase.
Hope this helps!
