Problems Cancelling Subscription

I need to cancel my Shopify subscription. I genuinely cannot afford it but I can't log into my account because I do not have an authentication code, nor do I have a back-up code. Please help.

If that's the case, your store will only be 'frozen' given if Shopify failed to bill your bank account. You can check with Shopify support team if they can cancel your account on their end.
