Problems with H1-tag

I'm having issues with my Shopify website. I have inserted H-headings on all pages, but when I review the site technically in our SEO program, it says that all pages are missing an H1 tag. I've attached two pictures showing that my headings are set to H1, but I don't know if there's another place where you need to set or code that an H1 means an H1 tag.

Hi @Rasmine generally there is already a primary H1 tag and that is the sites name/brand/logo so make sure there are multiple H1 elements that can confuse tools.

When updating a theme there is still server cache'ing, which may mean needing to wait for the actual frontend to update globally with the changes that in turn any auditing tools would need to check.

If the frontend html source(ctrl+u) shows H1's but a tool says there are no H1's it could always be the tool that's bad or "pages are missing an H1 tag"  is reductive and not giving deeper info for some other thing such as duplicate/multiple H1's etc.

That setting for CSS is not set as h1.
