Product Badge not showing numbers only showing "From" on product pages

Help!

I have gone into the theme of our site (bellinispdx.com -- unsure of the theme, it looks custom, I just took over marketing here) & clicked the "show sale amount" over & over & it lasts for a little while then breaks & doesn't show the price on our product pages, only "from." 

I even went into Online Store--->Settings > Choose Marked ->Preferences --> I disabled the 'Hide compare-at prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers.' 

These are the only solutions I could find without having to go into the css, which I'd rather not do bc I don't know code.

Please help, it looks so unprofessional to have "from" under our products instead of the price.
