Product Carousel suddenly only showing one product

Hi, suddenly our site is only showing one product under the product carousel, no matter what category is selected. The categories are working fine in the Shopify back end, showing many products. But only one is now showing - for example https://nomadstent.co.uk/ home page shows recent arrivals with just one product. Shella theme is used. is anyone able to advise? many thanks
