Product Descriptions not showing up!

Hello, I am having issues with my Product Descriptions not showing up. Since the beginning we could never see them appear on the website. please help as this is super important for our customers and really affect us ! thank you!Here is the descriptionnot showing up anywhere

Yesturday, Shopify support helped me, there was a problem with the app "Products Options and Customizer" (which we've have a lot of problems with), and now I can see my product descriptions, BUT, now there is a huge gap between the product descriptions and the images shown below, I´ll attach some pictures.

@SofiaVAre you referring to the small images underneath your larger one - and your product description?
If so - those options are all set by your theme. Your using a copy of Brooklyn. That is the image / product description layout for Brooklyn.

You can choose a new theme, customize the product page, or create your own theme.

mine arn't showing only certain lines as you can see this massive gap there should be text, but there isn't. please help.

You can follow this guide by LearningDaily

Once logged in, select Online store, then below Themes, click on Customize on right side of screen

then select Theme Settings tab (top left area)

Select Product Grid then a list will show and deselect Show Product Information on Hover and Save.

solution is very easy 😄 

When you add a product and if you copy/paste a description in Description Section you have the button to Clear Formatting then and it will be fixed.
