Product filters not working & missing - Dawn theme

Hi, I'm having two issues which may be related:


  1. The only product filter that shows up on any collection page is the price filter, all other filters have disappeared (yes, they are still enabled Search & Discovery - Filters).

  2. The price filter doesn't work, as in it doesn't show any items. For example, I have an item in stock listed at $500 (discounted from $999), if I filter price $0 to $1,000 nothing shows up.


I have tried clearing my cache/switching browsers and disabling my ad-blocker with no success. The disappearing filters (Availability, Product Type, Tags) may have happened when I went from a free trial to the Basic plan. Any help would be appreciated!

  1. Check your theme settings: Go to your Shopify admin dashboard and click on "Online Store" > "Themes". Click on the "Customize" button next to your current theme and then navigate to the "Collection Pages" section. Check if the filters are enabled and configured properly. If not, enable them and customize the options as per your requirements.

  2. Check your product tags: If the tags are not set up properly, then the filters won't work as expected. Check your product tags and ensure that they are properly assigned to the products.

  3. Check your apps: If you have any apps installed that affect the product filters, try disabling them and see if the filters start working.

  4. Check your collections: Make sure that the collections in which you are trying to filter products have products that match the filter criteria.
