Product page duplication and canonical tags

Hello and Merry Christmas!

I’m facing an issue with duplicate content across product pages on my Shopify store. I have a product available in 8 different colors, and instead of using variants, I’ve created 8 separate product pages. These pages all have nearly identical content, with the only differences being the titles and SEO descriptions. Unfortunately, this seems to be affecting my rankings, as the pages compete with one another.

Is it possible to designate one of these pages as canonical and link the other 7 pages to it? If so, could you guide me on how to implement this in Shopify?
