Product page order on "Shop All" tab

I currently have a "Shop" page on my website which consists of my different Shopify collections and a "Shop All" option for all of my products to appear on the same page. I have successfully changed the order my products appear on the individual collection pages to show from newest to oldest, but how do I ensure the products show up automatically in newest to oldest order on the "Shop All" page as well. I know you can change it in manually as a consumer, but I want it to show up in chronological order without requiring any effort from the customer. If you know how to put them in a manual order that would be best! Thanks!

You just need to crate a new collection ”All” or any name you want, then change the handle to “All” ( this must be same ) 
In this way your custom collection can override the default shopify shop all collection page and now you have control over it and diplay the products as you need.

Edit/create a collection 

Scroll don to bottom, in last section you will find heading "Search engine listing" in font of it there is pencil/edit   icon click on it. 
Now here you will find option "URL handle"
here value should be "collections/all"


last save the collection.
