Hi everyone,
I’ve been running into an issue after setting up my website with Shopify using a custom theme. Some of the product pages aren’t rendering correctly — either the layout breaks or the content doesn’t load as expected, especially on mobile or certain browsers. Has anyone faced something similar? Could it be a theme compatibility problem, or is there something else I should check?
Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Hello @leon1aq ,
If everything is fine in your custom theme then maybe there is a chance that while creating a product when you enter the content in the editor, you are using broken html which causes issues in the specific product pages.
Can you share a product URL which is not rendering correctly ?
Regards
Guleria
Does it show fine in Dawn?
Custom theme may have some broken HTML. It may even happen for some products, but not others.
Say a product option is length and one of the values is 6 inches, but written like 6"
Theme may not escape this properly and output something like:
<input type="radio" value="6""> - which is a broken HTML.
Product description may have some broken HTML.
These are just guesses, share a preview url to your new theme for better answers.
