Product pop-up description suddenly stopped scrolling

Hi. I have buy buttons on my website and last week they just stopped scrolling down properly to read the description of the product on mobile view only. Instead, the page scrolls in the background. I am not great with code but I don't understand how something could have just changed in their html code to something incorrect to break the functionality of the page. I have contacted support and they have yet to address this technical issue. I tried on multiple mobile devices to be sure.

Your site is using the Lenis Smooth Scroll library. It conflicts with the way Shopify Buy buttons work.

Have you updated your theme or installed new components on your site? 

Does it have a setting to control scrolling or background animation?

I believe it's possible to make amendments to make them work together, but not quite familiar with your hosting platform.

Thank you. I decided to contact my website builder this morning. They are even trying to look at the html code from the shopify buy buttons to try and help me. Which is more than I can say for my open shopify ticket where they don't respond to me!

Frankly, I do not think it's a problem with Buy Button. Lenis actually interferes with scrolling and when the modal is opening, Lenis needs to pause.

I think it very well could be an issue in the Shopify code but probably something simple, just not sure what to fix. After further investigating this by posting on Shopify subreddit, someone with an android said it worked just fine. Asked a friend with an android and they said the same thing. So it’s only iPhones where it’s not working right. Unless it’s an iPhone issue, but everyone I’ve asked to try has varying iOS installed.
