I am experiencing an issue with my Shopify store where some products are showing as "Sold Out" when viewed on the storefront, even though they are available and in stock on DSers.
Here’s a summary of the issue:
I added the products to my Shopify store using DSers.
In DSers, the product stock appears to be available.
However, when I check my store or preview it through the "View Store" button, the same items are showing as Sold Out.
I have already tried troubleshooting steps like:
Refreshing the sync between DSers and Shopify.
Ensuring inventory is tracked properly.
Making sure the product is active and available in the online store channel.
Checking for any location-based inventory issues.
Despite this, the problem persists. I would appreciate it if you could help me identify what exactly is causing this issue and how to fix it.
