Product title with two role + shift of swatch card placement

this is how my current site look.. been trying to add an additional line below the Product Name

ie. 

Dome Band                                              *swatch color on the right side* 

14kt Gold or 18kt Gold

This is the reference side with the exact placement i am looking for

Also added the metafield but cant seems to get any code working.
