Few items in my store are visible on the frontend and also the backend products page, but the items are not visible under the backend inventory section.
Any idea how to resolve this issue? or what causes this issue
Hello @Fyendalhobby, in shopify backend when you visit the products section, shopify only shows the 50 products per page. so, please make sure you scroll down to the bottom and there you will find some sort of paging like 1, 2, 3...
If this is not the case, please ping me back with some Screenshots maybe, which will help to understand your problem.

I have been dealing with a similar problem, when I search on Products I can see them all, but when I go into inventory there are products that do not appear which has affected our integration with Mirakl Connect. I have included screenshots of the issue
The same thing is happening to our Shopify Admin page.
Inventory was working Friday and now Monday morning, half of our products/variants aren't appearing from the Inventory screen when they are active from the Product screen. This isn't a page sorting issue, something isn't working correctly from the Inventory screen.
I have the same issue as Nathan. It was working fine last week. And the issue started today i think

That sounds like a Shopify side issue, but with a ETA, we're forced to work on the products page instead of inventory

I'm also having the same problem. I'm trying to order inventory like I always do (and I've been SO HAPPY that shopify has added back the incoming column!) but today, half of my products aren't showing. I've cleared all filters, and when ordering alphabetically by product title, only some of the variants are showing. I have to go into each product listing one by one to see the quantities I have.
There is an issue with Shopify. We reported the issue yesterday and this was the response:
"Sending you an update, I checked with my colleagues here and they are receiving same queries in regards with the Inventory issue. Our developers are looking in to it and we are adviced to hold the tickets and once it is resolved we will let you know. It is an ongoing issue that affects multiple merchants. "
So basically there is nothing you can do until the developers get around to fixing it. Makes ordering products a little difficult when you can 't easily see all your inventory from one supplier (you can see it from products, but then it doesn't display your SKU along with the product).
I must say, Shopify is really annoying me with their devs constantly making code changes which break existing functionality.
