It sounds like you're encountering some issues with product visibility based on currency and shipping restrictions due to the nature of the products (flammable items). Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

  1. Check Product Settings:

    • Ensure that the products are marked as available for all regions you wish to sell to. You may need to adjust the shipping settings for those countries specifically.
  2. Review Shipping Restrictions:

    • Some shipping providers have restrictions on flammable items. Check your shipping settings to see if certain regions are blocked from receiving these products. If necessary, you might need to enable alternate shipping methods that allow for flammable goods.
  3. Currency Settings:

    • Make sure that your currency settings are correctly configured. If your store automatically changes the currency based on location, confirm that the currency conversion settings are functioning properly and that product visibility is maintained across different currencies.
  4. Consult Your E-commerce Platform's Support:

    • Reach out to the support team of your e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) for specific guidance related to your store's setup. They can help you troubleshoot issues related to product visibility and shipping.
  5. Legal and Compliance Checks:

    • Verify any local regulations regarding the sale of flammable products in the regions you want to sell. If it’s legally permissible, you may be able to include a disclaimer or additional information about shipping these products.
  6. Competitor Analysis:

    • Look at how other wax seal stores manage their product listings for international customers. This could provide insights into potential solutions or settings adjustments you can apply.
  7. Testing:

    • Try changing the currency on your site and checking if products show up as expected. Test from various locations (using a VPN if necessary) to see how visibility changes.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and potentially resolve the issues regarding product visibility based on currency and shipping restrictions. If problems persist, detailed support from your e-commerce platform will be crucial.

I think it could be because you have not set the markets correctly. Settings -> Markets -> Products and pricing. Tell me if you still need help.

If my tips are useful, just mark it as the solution. Cheers!
